Pizza Therapy was created to bring the authentic artistry of pizza from Italy to Ireland bringing a taste of Napels to Dublin. The chefs have perfected a light, soft but crunchy pizza base, with dough made fresh daily and slow proofed Neapolitan style! The fully qualified chefs have travelled and gained a lot of experience from starting in fish and chip shops to Michelin star restaurants and hotels.

They created a menu using a range of seasonal, high-quality ingredient combinations.
